Philippians 4:13
For I can do everything with the help of Christ who gives me the strength I need.
The month of June we’ve been exploring and discovering different aspects of having our identity in Jesus Christ. This week I want you to delve deep into the strength you’ve been given through Jesus.
In this upside-down world where bad is now good, good is now bad and even telling the truth is a big no-no you can still have peace, joy and a strength that defies logic. Be at rest and understand that your true strength doesn’t come from within but from Jesus Christ.
Having your identity in Jesus Christ gives you a strength and insurance that you will get through the hard times, you will get through the times of persecution and you will get through the dark days in your life. Nothing is beyond our God and Jesus will give you the strength you need to accomplish everything God has planned for you!
Action Plan: This week spend time talking to God about the areas in your life where you need strength from Jesus. Ask God to help you release control over your life so God’s grace, mercy and Jesus’ strength can freely move. Read the extra Scriptures and let God’s truth go deep into your soul.
Extra Scripture:
Psalm 18:39
2 Thessalonians 3:3
1 Corinthians 10:13
Psalm 91
Your Sister in Christ,
Angela
